Every individual is unique, which is why our person-centred care is tailored to the needs of each individual in environments that allow people to flourish.
Our supported living services allow people with mental illness, learning disabilities and complex needs to grow and flourish, whilst promoting independence and responsibility. By having their own tenancy and maximum choice and control over their lives, individuals have a person-centred, bespoke support plan alongside their tenancy enabling them to live a full, active, meaningful life within their local community.
Our Supported Living services can provide person-centred support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The expectation is that people will move on from these services as their needs change.
Support is needs-led and can be increased and decreased as required.
We offer floating support to people living in the community to help improve their mental and emotional wellbeing, and to address associated difficulties such as substance misuse, social isolation, homelessness and family breakdowns.
Our floating support can help people:
Floating support services are delivered by Community Support Workers who are available from 7am to 10pm, 365 days a year.
